Project difficulties

1. The reaction temperature changes greatly, and the catalyst activity is easily affected.

White oil high-pressure hydrogenation device is a high-temperature, high-pressure hydrogen-catalytic process. After the raw material, catalyst and pressure are determined, temperature is the main factor affecting desulfurization, denitrification and conversion rate, and it is also the main means to control the depth of the reaction. For the first stage of the reaction, appropriately increasing the reaction temperature can increase the desulfurization and deamination rate, reduce the pollution poisoning of the second stage catalyst, and thus create conditions for the second stage reaction. However, the reaction temperature is too high, especially when the bed temperature is too high, on the one hand, the cleavage reaction of the reactants is increased, so that the low boiling point components increase and the yield decreases; On the other hand, the bed layer accumulates, the pressure drop increases, and the catalyst life is reduced. Therefore, in the production process, the reaction temperature needs to be within the appropriate range and stable and continuous.

2. The pipeline has steam purge requirements, and the maximum temperature can reach 200 °C

Steam purging is suitable for conveying power steam pipelines or thermal pipelines, purging with large flow steam and a flow rate of not less than 30m/s. Press through the steam - slowly raise the warm pipe - constant temperature 1h - purge - stop gas cooling - then warm the pipe to heat, constant temperature, the second purge, so repeated generally not less than 3 times. Under long high temperature conditions, the electric cable needs to ensure normal and stable operation under high temperature conditions, and needs to withstand a temperature of 200 °C.

Before installation, the company's engineering department cooperated with the main business unit to carry out on-site testing of heat tracing performance, which has fast heat tracing speed, high temperature resistance, balanced temperature, and excellent performance of sheath materials. Huanrui Electric Heating provides electric heating system services for the 15,1000-ton white oil hydrogenation unit of PetroChina Karamay Petrochemical Co., Ltd., and has completed the supply of 2000/3m<> storage tank electric heating materials.

In terms of temperature resistance, the engineering department and the mobile department and the electric repair workshop of the inspection and maintenance center discussed and formulated this electric heat tracing temperature rise plan, took an electric heat trace, spread the electric heat tracing on the insulation cotton in the electric repair training room, tested its maximum temperature and checked the temperature resistance of the electric heat tracing insulation sheath. It has been tested that the electric cable works normally and stably even at a high temperature of 200°C. In the 5 and a half hours of continuous operation of the electric heat tracing, the maximum resistance value of the three thermal resistors is 165.6Ω, corresponding to the temperature value of 170-175°, and the electrical heat trace insulation is intact.
