Companion pipes/process tubes

The stainless steel welded pipe should be completely annealed with 316 stainless steel and argon arc welded cold drawn wells. Pipe hardness or less than or equal to RB90, OD from 1/8" to 3/4", wall thickness of 0.028", 0.035" or 0.049"

The seamless stainless steel tube is cold-drawn and fully annealed with 316 stainless steel. Pipe hardness or less than or equal to RB90, stainless steel pipe outer diameter from 1/8" to 3/4", wall thickness of 0.028", 0.035" or 0.049"

The copper tube should be grade 122 softened annealed copper. Copper tubing with outer diameters from 1/4" to 3/4".

Teflon tubing is extruded with fluoropolymer resin. The fluoropolymer is PFA (Perfluoralkoxy). OD from 1/8" to 3/4", OD 1/8" with a minimum wall thickness of 0.030", OD 1/4" with a minimum wall thickness of 0.047", OD from 3/8" to 3/4" with a minimum wall thickness of 0.062".

Outer sheath

The outer sheath material is cold-resistant black UV-resistant polyvinyl chloride (ATPVC) and TPU polyurethane elastomer. Among them, polyvinyl chloride (ATPVC) is the standard sheath for instrument tubes. Polyethylene (PE) and rubber and plastic (TPE) outer sheaths are also available.

Maximum withstand temperature 221°F (105°C)

Minimum installation temperature -40°F (-40C)

The outer sheath has a nominal thickness of 0.20cm

Note: TPU is suitable for places where abrasion, impact resistance and good durability are required, and has stable aging resistance when exposed to high temperature and ultraviolet conditions.

Product specifications

Gauge tube outside diameters range from 1/8" to 3/4" in a variety of sizes.

The general length of the coiled product is 150m (except for high-power, high-temperature instrument tubes)

The product is available in a single copper tube with a length of 300m

A single high alloy tubing with a short length, an outer diameter greater than 3/4" or a small number of special needs can be supplied in length of 6m.

Note: The product can be cut arbitrarily according to the length of use, which improves the economy.

Insulation

The insulation layer adopts moisture-proof glass wool insulation layer with chloride less than 50ppm and heat reflection tape. The insulation and heat reflective tape provide sufficient thickness to allow the surface temperature of the cable jacket to exceed 80°F (27°C) in a windless, 400*F (204°C) environment and a pipeline temperature of 140*F (60C).

Series constant power RDC series
RDC series constant power heating cables use metal conductors as heating elements, and when the power is turned on, the metal conductors emit heat because the series constant power tracing unit length current and resistance are equal.
